Plus, the verdict is in for Musk vs. Altman—and there’s a clear winner.

Tomorrow is Google's Super Bowl. Its keynote for I/O kicks off at 1pm ET, and the event will run for two days. If the previews are accurate, everything it makes is about to get a lot more AI in it. Here's what we could see:

  • A new Gemini model (4.0 or a new version of 3)
  • Android 17, which Google is calling an "intelligence system" rather than an operating system
  • An update on Android XR glasses, possibly including a prototype of its Project Aura AR glasses

Find out everything Google is expected to announce at I/O—and yes, it's a lot.

Also in today's newsletter:

  • Microsoft's been messing with your PC for years.
  • Four AI models walk into a radio station…
  • There may be a simple reason we keep trusting AI too much.
