Company President, Mike Boudreau has much to offer as a Professional Engineer with 15 years of "in the trenches" experience in a variety of management and engineering roles in both career and community service positions, including Business Unit Manager for CAE Newnes. He has operated as an intrapreneur since 1992 when he merged the Electrical Engineering departments from three separate companies into one during a period of explosive growth in business which included hiring and training 55 people in one 12 month period without the aid of a Human Resources department. He has developed and brought to market several high technology products for the wood processing industries by developing and implementing the product vision and team. He has five years of experience in the field of personal development training through both participating in courses and in assisting the delivery of them primarily with Context Associated’s Pursuit of Excellence series, Mastery, Leadership Skills Training, and 21^st Century Leadership.
